Notch通路在肿瘤发生发展、迁移、转移及血管形成方面起着重要作用，也能维持肿瘤干细胞状态，决定其肿瘤形成及分化。笔者就Notch信号通路在胆管癌中的最新研究进行综述。

Abstract:

The Notch pathway plays an important role in cancer occurrence, development, migration and metastasis as well as angiogenesis, and is also responsible for the maintenance of the properties of tumor stem cells, and regulating their tumorigenesis and differentiation. In this paper, the authors present the latest progress concerning Notch signaling pathway in cholangiocarcinoma.
