笔者综述腹部手术后并发脑梗死的危险因素，包括年龄、手术创伤及应激、术中低血压以及其他因素如血液高凝状态等，并总结了其综合治疗措施和预防措施。

Abstract:

In this paper, the authors analyzes the risk factors of the incidence of cerebral infarction following abdominal surgery, which includes the age, surgical trauma and stress, intraoperative hypotension and other factors such as hypercoagulability, and comprehensive treatment and its preventive measures for this condition are also summarized.
